Broadband keeps saying connected without internet
My internet is terrible, I have reset the router and the sky stream puck several times. The broadband checker on the sky app says everything is fine even though my phone is connected without Internet. I can't watch anything as it constantly cuts out. I am also sometimes connected on my phone and an Internet speed test is getting 70mbps yet the tv isn't working at all. Netflix is currently telling me in getting 0.4mbps on the puck.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.
