Broadband keeps dropping

My broadband keeps dropping out. Mostly when watching youtube or netflix keeps buffering.

@drwhowhat you need to determine if the problem is with the hub losing connection or simply weak wifi from the hub to your device. To this use this trouble shooter https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start

 

If it is as is most likely poor wifi in your home then assuming your hub is out in the open and on a surface so thecsignals are not being blocked by radiators etc then you msy need extenders or similar to stream videos in rooms some distance from the hub.
