Broadband keeps dropping

Just had full fibre fitted on 19th. Now keeps dropping. "Some information changed since last time you connected and need more additional information to complete the connection " pops up. Although we have 1 booster the WiFi is not reaching and keeping stable in all rooms. My sons rooms , connection keeps dropping This morning my wife working at home and message as stated above pops up and connection keeps dropping Please help
