Broadband keeps dropping

Ran your tests which tell me I'm getting the right speed and that there isn't a problem. It does this every night and currently 00.49 and I have no Internet or WiFi. My speed at moment is below what it should be, even though sky test and reports no issues. I have the black hub. And sky super fast. Im really cross

I hope you find a solution. I have the same problem but with the white sky max hub that was supposed to make my internet better but has made it worse.
