Broadband keeps dropping out

Been working from home and my WiFi keep dropping out so unable to save, make calls and attend meetings - but my sky app says everything is okay! Help!!

@Helen664490  First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Same issue for me, working from home so essentail to have stable broadband.
It isgetting worse as he day progresses.
Anyone got an update please?

Feeling like a big whinger, but another update from me as the Broadband service is just getting worse, more so since upgrading to Sky Max.
As of today, keeps dropping and when it is up, the speeds are not what they should be.
Tried to look at the Service checker and Diagnosis, but got the message “Apologies – we’re currently updating our systems”.
Anyone else suffering or is it only me?
