Broadband keeps dropping out
Broadband keeps dropping out and reconnecting. Engineer visited externally today and text confirmed issue was fixed but it still keeps dropping out. Am working from home and systems keep disconnecting. Router seems hot.

@Abi282 What hub do you have from sky, and which devices keep having an issue. What fixes the problem for you if anything!

No idea what hub. White. Stands up. Has one light in the middle. Can't make sense of my bill. Called today and she said she's upgrading me to something else (£46 per month) but when I look at my bill it appears I am paying for that already but with discounts in place. Says "
Sky WiFi Max £10 discounted to £5 until 12th October 2025" then also "Sky broadband super fast £46 per month discounted by in contract discount -£5 until 28th Oct 2026 & broadband discounted -£13.50 until 28th December 2025"
Can't find any details of what I've signed up to as wants me to get an app and I have no storage space.

@Abi282 As you have the white Sky Max hub and also the wireless guarantee as you are paying for it all, and the sky App is the only tool in the toolbox to look at and administer that particular hub, then you need to make the decission as what you want to do, currently you have both hands tied behind your back. Call sky and pay what ever is required and get the sky Engineer to come and sort out your problems!
