Broadband keeps dropping out

Hi 

 

Can anyone help? 

 

My broadband keeps dropping out throughout the day which is driving me mad and is stopping me working. I managed to get through to Sky a few weeks back and was told to restart my router but it made no difference.

I now can't seem to find a number to get help other than them sending me a text to link to their site that does a test when alls working to tell me its all working.

 

I've now tried to attach my router stats to this message but it keeps saying it can't send as i need to redact the numbers referenced in the TxPkts column and then the RxPkts columns (it is doing this one by one).

 

Could anyne advise what data i need to include in here for someone to help?

 A screenshot might be easier than trying to copy & paste and dealing with the forums filtering

Your stats suggest no WAN or WiFi drop in the last 42hrs that the hub has been up. When was the last time you noticed a drop?

Hi, drops during the day and at least a couple of times in the evening when my son is gaming. Do you know what else it could be?

There was a problem with the overhead phone cables coming into the house a while back

Is it over WiFi or ethernet or both it drops?
