Broadband keeps dropping out

Same wifi dropping out Ran checks say all ok, when obviously NOT I'm not only one in our village looking at Facebook Terrible service from SKY Glad I haven't subscribed to Glass.

I think it happens,becouse the wired connection  tv hub sending faulty sygnals,so just pull out the wired connection,connect by wifi and the problem solved!
