Broadband keeps dropping out

Over the past few days the broadband keeps dropping out.  The wires outside the house are tangled together and the pole they are attached to is leaning slightly. How can I report this ?

You could try reporting is as 'dangerous' direct to Openreach as per this link

https://www.openreach.com/help-and-support/damage-health-and-safety

 

alternatively you'll need to report it to Sky.
