Broadband keeps dropping out Engineers visit all ok open reach say all is ok but still keeps dropping out

Doing my head in! Keeps dropping out, been happening for a few weeks now and getting worse, seems to be evening is worse.   Had new router, extender by sky, still not improved, starting to look at alternative suppliers.

Got mine sorted open reach engineer found faulty cable in street connected to a different line all good so far

my router loses connection with tv at least twice a day. have got 3 boosters in place installed by engineer. how to solve? have to keep going throught resetting route

has anyone same problem

This is wexactly whats happening to mine - I am so peed of with this and there inability to be contacted and discuss the isse for resolution

I find their customer services far superior to Virgin, ring them on 0333 759 2048, but don't respond to the text they send you offering self-fixes. You'll then be put through to a call handler. They've now deduced we have a faulty main puck - hoping this resolves it - it's been a nightmare so far, having to reboot at least every 24 hours and giving up completely last Saturday night!
