Broadband keeps dropping out

Although the signal check says it's ok, every room in the house is struggling to pick up the signal. My wife who works from home has had to go to the local library to get broadband.

 I was assured by the engineer that all rooms would be serviced, this is not the case.

You must have some sort of booster you can provide me to ensure all rooms receive a better signal??

This has been ongoing since the system was installed.

As it stands, the broadband is hopeless.
