Broadband keeps dropping out

Every 30 minutes or so, the internet drop completely. I run the tests as instructed and all seems well... But it keeps dropping...

Had this for more than a month.

8 visits by engineers and told each time it has been sorted.

Pavement outside house dug up twice. Garden dug up to have new cable installed. Engineer arrived to fit the cable in the new duct. He arrived without the cable and left.

Cable eventually fitted and Wi-Fi has dropped again. Contacted Sky who now say it is my router as their records show it was installed in 2017. It was installed in 2023.

They are hopeless.
