Broadband keeps dropping out totally
For the last 3 days the broadband keeps failing causing issues with the tv, my work and all connected devices.

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks so much, I have been doing this over the last few days but when it eventually connects to run the test it has reconnected. I will give them a call tomorrow. Thanks for taking your time to reply. It's appreciated. Have a great rest of the week.
