Broadband keeps dropping out,constantly!

Our connection keeps dropping out, every day ,constantly! Can't watch a programme or film from start to finish without losing connection multiple times! It's so annoying! Never happened before with virgin or bt! It's absolute rubbish broadband, so disappointed

Same here since about 4pm. Only works intermittently. Keeps dropping. Router rebooted as well as some devices and the issue persists
