Broadband keeps dropping connection (WiFi+sky Q)

It's been happening quite a bit now. And now for about 2 hours my sky Q box won't connect to the WiFi and also some of my devices won't get any internet either 😕

Hiya. It all keeps dropping unfortunately.

Kids tablets every hour or so keep doing it and  then my TV disconnects. I've popped in an ethernet cable and seems to be okay but not great

@Shane_24  So the cable has solved that part of the issue, is that correct? Black or white router from Sky?

Re: Broadband keeps dropping connection (WiFi+sky Q)

Yes for my sky Q box only everything else is dropping out. I think if I separate the 2.4 and the 5htz network it seems to be a bit better but alot slower than if they are integrated so no matter what I do it's not great

Yes Ive got the black router but hopefully getting the white router on Wednesday next week.....

Hoping that'll fix my problem 😕 😕

@Shane_24  Keep a hold of the black router in case things don't work out. But if you have split the Wi-Fi frequencies are you able to see if all the devices are jumping on to just one frequency.
