Broadband keeps disonnecting

Hi my broadband constantly diconnects.  I have trued all the sky fixes but problem persusts.  Can anyone help resolve this probkem.

  • Thanks.  Sky team got me running by a hard reset of the hub.  I lasted for about an hour and it's now dropping as soon as you try to go onto the Internet.  Please help ant more ideas?. I honestly don't know why I'm paying for something I am not getting.  Can anyone sort this for me?
