Broadband keeps disconnecting

My broadband router keeps disconnecting however there is no network issues in my area. I have completed the connection checks. This is an ongoing problem since I have had my broadband intermittently.

@Claire290  Do the lights change on the router when this happens? Plus the service checker will only pick up if your broadband has total loss of more than 1 hour, before this it will think that everything is okay.
