Broadband keeps cutting out ever since a BT man was outside my house this morning

the broadband at home keeps cutting out and disconnecting from my devices. This has been happening all day long and I didn't notice a BT broadband man from open reach outside earlier today. Could this be the course for my poor Internet connection today? Please advise

sadly my broadband has been down now for five days. I do work from home so this has caused me a lot of disruption so please let me know when this will be fixed as I'm losing £500 a day at the current rate
