Hi, I am getting a load of buffering on my laptop and other devices.

@Steved1 check thexspeed to the hubby using the Service checker in tge My Sky app. If thst is as it should be the issue is likely to be poor wifi signal in the area you use your laptop. Incredibly common issue as in many homes due the layout and how they are built axsingle Sky hub cannot provide usable WiFi in every room.
