Broadband issues

Hello, I have an issue with broadband signal strength, if I try to watch YouTube on my TV upstairs it's star's glitching, and my phone keep disconnecting from broadband. When I check the WiFi it says poor signal.

Could you please sort this problem as soon as possible.

You are only talking to other customers on here and not Sky support.

If not and if you have Wi-Fi Max on your account then Sky will supply up to 3 pods as you can read about here:
