Broadband issues
Hi
My broadband/hub keeps losing connection randomly several times a day, this has happened before as my telephone connection runs through a tree which keeps hitting the cable whenever its windy, last time the engineer told me the cable had cracked so signal kept dropping

@amya2204 So it may be that it is the same again, unless you can have sky to organise for OR to pull a new cable in which they more than likely will not wish to do it's going to be that call to sky again to see what can be done!
