Broadband issues
For 3 months now my sky broadband has been continuously dropping out. My sky glass is constantly losing connection, my son cant run his pc and my facetime calls (on sky mobile but using wifi) are lagging or freezing.
ive never had this problem before the summer and im so sick of it, im meant to be on sky fibre its a total joke! I feel like im paying for a service im not receiving.
of course all tests says everything is fine. Ive reset my tv, unplugged the modem and its happening several times a day. Trying to get anyone on the phone is impossible.
if sky dont explain whats going on i will be leaving and returning my sky glass.
