Broadband issues

I have had dropping broadband problems for weeks.  I called 150 and no longer get a real person to speak to, but the automatic tester says 'there's a problem with your home set-up', yet the only way I can access the diagnostic tools via the website is when the broadband is working, so unsurprisingly at that point, it says 'there's no problem'!

When there are problems, I sometimes find a few sites work (generally my email is still accessible) but most come up 'site cannot be reached'.  It's defintely not my machine, as the other devices around the house have the same issues (Alexa cuts out etc.)

Not sure how the automatic tester gets the result but then nothing more can be said or done?  Where do I go from here?

I've tried accessing my router stats, but 'admin' and 'sky' or my WIFI password don't seem to work to allow me access, so I can't provide those.
