Broadband issues
Please I have upgraded my sky broadband and have appointment booked only for the engineer to come and say that his wire is too short to reach where he would tap broadband socket outside my house and have not heard anything from sky since. Please can someone help me.

I will move your post from the Email board as that's for issues with Sky Yahoo email. It's not an email route to Customer Services. You perhaps need to initiate contact with Sky for an update.
