Sky on TV not connecting to sky internet

My sky on TV isn't letting us connect to the sky broadband we have. Keeps saying check network settings and when we do it says reset however doesn't pick up even when resetting. I pay a lot of money for sky and keep having issues with the Internet. Thanks

@Rosie95 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum. It is not clear what device is not connecting so it would help if you said whether its a Sky+HD box, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass TV or indeed just a smart TV and whether you are connecting using wifi or a cable. What if anything has changed since it last connected such as have you moved the device or hub or perhaps gotva new hub?
