It is not clear what device is not connecting so it would help if you said whether its a Sky+HD box, Sky Q, Sky Stream or Sky Glass TV or indeed just a smart TV and whether you are connecting using wifi or a cable. What if anything has changed since it last connected such as have you moved the device or hub or perhaps gotva new hub?
