My connection is an ongoing spinning. Very disappointed

@Ilario Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

An engineer came around but he didn't fix anything

@Ilario  Did they give you any indication that it would need someone else to look at this. Was this engineer from Sky or Openreach?

Openreach and he didn't tell me anything but the connection was ok. However, the issue is still there. I move to sky to get an improvement. They really let me down

Changing ISP cannot by itself resolve an underlying issue in the Openreach infrastructure.
