If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

Openreach and he didn't tell me anything but the connection was ok. However, the issue is still there. I move to sky to get an improvement. They really let me down

Changing ISP cannot by itself resolve an underlying issue in the Openreach infrastructure.
