Broadband issues
Having repeated problems with broadband, streaming programmes (hard wired) buffering regularly . Getting Internet not connected messages regularly. Working from home on WiFi losing network connection multiple times a day. Mysky says there are no issues.

@PMort can you post your Sky hub's stats and confirm by hardwired you mean youbare using a direct ethernet cable. See Find your Sky Broadband router statistics

Hi, yes when I say connected I mean the skyq box is directly connected to the gibbering using an ethernet cable. Thanks
