Broadband issues

Ever since Openreach fitted new cables it seems to have affected my Broadband on both speed and accessibility to certain websites I used to use. It also seems to have affected the reception we get for Netflix on out Freesat Box

@Lucasastes Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.
