Broadband issues

My internet connection goes off and on regularly throughout the day. Constantly having issues with it and Sky claim it's on GREEN on their end so there's nothing wrong!! 
yet my sky broadband continued to disconnect and reconnect, always have 2 orange lights flashing and 2 green! 
where is best for sky broadband box for best connection ? Will moving it make any difference or will I have to get someone out to take a look ?
