Our broadband isn't as good as it used to be since upgrading to fibre 150 and using the new white router. The black router before performed a lot better. With the broadband not being as good is affecting my wife as she works from home, she often gets cut off in meetings, which is not good , extremely frustrating and embarrassing .

Re: Broadband issues,
@Sparkyjedi Is the connection being cutoff as you say, wired or wireless to the Sky Max hub?

Re: Broadband issues,
The laptop is connected wirelessly to the router, I'm not 100% on the connection details as I wasn't at home at the time, I just got a message saying the Wi-Fi is embarrassing and it's affecting working remotely from home

Re: Broadband issues,
@Sparkyjedi It is more than likely nothing to do with the FF upgrade, but more to do with the Sky Max hub you now have, you would be advised to take a look first at the Broadband shield setting on your account, adjust as required, then have a look at the wpa mode that the new Max router is set at, you have to use the app to do so but adjust to wpa2-psk as the first option.
Range seems to be a problem with the hub, never used so cannot comment, but do test wireless after adjusting but be within 10 12 foot of the hub to see how it goes. After that and depending on what you find will derive your next move!
