Broadband issues

My broadband is constantly cutting off and has been for the last week. It is happening serveral times an hour

@Sharons1181 run tge service checker in the My Sky app use a mobile connection if your Sky connection is dodgy as that can offer to book an engineer to check the line. Its also worth checking the cables to the hub that they hhavent come lose or are damaged. After that you can call Sky to report the issue as more than 10 line drops in a 24 hour period is a fault that Openreach should investigate.
