My sky broadband is not working. The bill was paid a few days ago? Paula

By that do you mean you paid after your services had been restricted? If so Sky won’t reinstate them until you’ve paid what is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment was two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. 

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant.

I've just found the information leaflet with everything I was supposed to receive...

New hub

Some paper work

Ethernet cable 

Power cable

 

I have only received the Ethernet cable??

 

I can't seem to get anywhere when I call. Pls help. I always pay the bill but I don't think I should have to pay for a service that I'm not receiving 😕

If you are moving to a full fibre connection and already have a Sky Broadband Hub, the ethernet cable is the 'conversion kit' to link the Hub to the new ONT ('fibre modem')

All lights on the router none on the Outreach box
