Broadband issues
Since we upgraded to fibre our connection has been terrible, constantly get not connected internet on our sky boxes, phones and iPads dropping off. Trying to run a test and it won't connect to the page and when it actually does connect it tells me everything is ok

Re: Broadband issues
@Dan1088 if you havecfull fibre check the lights on the hub to see if it is losing connection (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) if as I suspect it isnt it is likely to be an issue with your home network.
First point if you have Sky Q boxes and Sky have sent you a new white hub the way the Q boxes connect will have changed. The new hubs are bot compatablewiththe old Sky Q wifi mesh so you lose the WiFi hotspots your Q boxes provided. Instead only the main Q box connects to the new hub and that transmitsxa closed Sky SSID which is the signal used to connect Sky Q mins and any old booster. Third oarty devuces cannot connectvto that signal.
The loss of the extra wifi hotspots may explain why your other devices are not connecting properly. You can getvextenders which work with the new hub as part of the WiFi Max add-on as explained here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
