I have Sky Stream and have similar issues for the past 15 months. Hundreds of phone calls, 4 engineer visits, varying advice from call centre staff and self proclaimed "experts", none of which has resolved picture freeze, sound loss and intermittent issues particularly on Sky Sports +. I've given up with Sky Sports + channel.
