Hi - my internet continues to have severe issues, it's been problematic virtually since I switched to Sky and again over the last few days has been up and down at regular intervals.
I work at home and right now the intervener is down, lights on the box indicate a problem
but the Sky app says service is ok!
Please can I speak urgently to someone to get it fixed.

Same here. The service has been awful since I moved from BT.
ANd trying to speak to someone is so hard. Damn bots are awful.

Mine was doing exactly the same this morning, thankfully okay now. You have to question the capability of the service checker, it seems completely unreliable too.
