Broadband issue

Hello 

we keep having issues with broadband connection 

intermittently 

we have recently change providers to you from bt ( never had internet issues)

since we been with you it's be more and more.

i have done the usual steps of resetting router and doing your online test which say it's fine in my area but obviously it's not working etc
