Broadband issue

Connected broadband, todafs first day,  worked ok but now its not working?? Have tried online help things to no avail

@Sheena86  Which router did Sky supply you with from the link below.

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub 

Follow it to see what lights are on the router and the colour to see what the possible issue is and if you get no further forward come back let us know.
