Broadband issue

I have two orange lights on my router and nothing will connect to the broadband in S5 area. Any ideas?

@Nh987 your hub has lost its connection to the exchange. You can find out if Sky are aware of a fault in your area by running the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection but dont be caught out bybthe result of the last routine test it ran some hours ago click to make tge test run again.

If there isnt a known fault give Sky a call to report the fsult so they can get Openreach check out what is wrong.

Re: Broadband issue

I think there is an issue with the area as someone else on my street has said their broadband is also down. Also someone has mentioned on X that Sheffield has issues. I run the connection test but it's useless never says there's an issue even when I do research on the Internet and find there actually is. Can anyone guve an update on when the issue will be fixed??

@Nh987 If its an issue in your area it will be fixed as rapidly as the engineers can do the work but nobody can give you more than a guess as to how long that can be including Sky.
