Run 2 broadband speed tests and only getting 11mb

@Milliemay2015 if run on a device connected by WiFi that result is most likely limited by the speed of the WiFi connectionfrom the hub to the device. WiFi speeds are determined by tge layout and construction of your home. Sky test the spedds to your hub daily you can find that figure in the Service Checker in the My Sky app.
