Broadband issue orange light

All of a sudden the orange light is on my router and the broadband connection has dropped, so be just had fibre installed and I've had nothing but problems

I am having the same problem with mine I have had an engineer come out to fix the problem but it is still happening today the 8/7/24 it has gone off over 6 times the last one was at 21:46 did all the test on the sky app and it was telling me that it was all up and running again but I still had the orange light on the hub so if anyone has any ideas please can you let me know
