Find out more@Leon1980 if your Sky hb has lost its connection run the connection test in the My Sky app over a mobile connection if the result you see when loading the test says evrything is OK that will be from an rarlier routine test before you lost connection click to run the test again. It will tell you if Sky are aware of a fault. If it doesnt give Sky a call to report the issue.
