Broadband is slow

My internet is working very slow, it's drops and comes back, unable to work on laptop.

@Jailaxmi run the service checker in the My Sky app which will tell you if there is an issue with your line. If thst is as it shoukd be then thecissue is probably poor wifi coverage in your home. Ideally if working from home usecan ethernet connection otherwise consider improving the wifi signal by getting additional wifi sources. Sky will supply up to 3 extenders as part of their WiFi Max add-on.

I tried the process in app to do service check, it shows everything running good,also did reset broadband. Issue is not fixed.
