Broadband is lagging

Hi for the past 3 days my broadband has been lagging while playing game consoles and watching movies on Netflix

Same has been happening here. Signal strength saying fine and MBPS is saying right amount yet I'm freezing when logged into Teams meetings or videos and games buffering and losing signal.
