Broadband is down. The internet light is flashing orange then going off
Sky broadband is down, the internet light is flashing orange then going off. Just keeps repeating. But doing a service check through sky is saying everything is working. It clearly is not. Please help

@Stevensteven When you go into the service checker can you click on broadband so it does an updated check to see if it is able to find an external fault..
