Broadband is disconnected but lying about it and saying it's all fine on sky side.
Broadband is disconnected, rebooting router from the router browser page or the physical device, as we as re inserting all the cables has no effect. Still disconnected. However using sky websites troubleshooting tools returns false information of it working fine.
