Broadband installation

For internet installation, the operator came three times. The first and second times the operator came to explain what the situation was. The third time the operator came, he didn't explain anything to us and just disappeared. We didn't know the installation was completed or not ,we don’t know anything. Very confusing, we asking the internet installation many times , How many times do we need to book installation ?

@Inigo you need to talk to Sky who should have been told the status of your order by Openreach to make tgat easy fir you I have escalated your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
