Broadband installation

I am waiting for an engineer for set up my broadband; however I didn't get any communication from the team regarding this. Please confirm are they coming today between 8 am and 6pm?

@Sreejith  I'm afraid no one on the forum would know if they are coming or not as we are all customers here.  What does your order tracking show?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Previously they came to fix broadband but they couldn't get the internet cable from the server post. So they suggested for rebooking hence  I booked for today. I am not sure how to confirm they are coming or not as I took annual leave today and waiting for them to come.
