Broadband installation booking

I have now booked in a broadband installation date twice and yet again, a number of days after having booked, I have received an email from Sky saying I have cancelled the order - when obviously 🙄 I haven't. Trying to find anyone to explain why this is happening is impossible 🤷‍♂️. And is there any point in me trying for a third time??

If you haven't already you will need to speak to them about this as clealry something is causing this to happen.

Thx - their emails never help say what the issue is and then I can't speak to anyone about it?  No contact number or email that is ever responded to. Hope the service is better when / if I ever do get connected.....
