Re: Broadband hub

@Brooksk What do you see, not enough info on your post!

This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

Broadband router

The broadband router is showing two amber lights for voice and internet, it occasionally goes Green lighted again but then drops out. This has been happening for several days, we have done all the connection checks and switchgear on and off at the power mainsetc, it does not fix the issue .

Re: Broadband router

@Brooksk Then it may not be a fix with a straight off/on in that condition, if you have a line fault or there is something else going on external that is a factor you just do not know about. Some further check links if you wish to try and see! Diagnostic test below may be the one if you have been fighting it for a few day's, but calling my just be your option!!!!

Try running the line test here to see if any faults are found:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
