Broadband hub

Who can I contact to see if I need to return my broadband hub? My emails have been hacked so I can't see if they have emailed me and I want rid of it.

Why do you need to possibly return this, have you been given a replacement one or have you left Sky ?

Have you recently cancelled a Sky Broadband subscription? Sky will send packaging out for any equipment they're expecting back towards the end of the notice period? 

Which hub is it?
